2. Use of your information

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to meet our contractual obligations. The processing of personal data takes place in the context of the execution of our contracts with our business partners or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.  If you have signed up to receive De Monchy Aromatics e-newsletters via the website or have made a direct request via phone, email, letter or SMS to receive these, you will be sent a monthly market report and other industry news as well as occasional information regarding services, products, or other offers directly relating to De Monchy Aromatics or its products and related services. Who gets my data? 

Within De Monchy Aromatics, those legal entities that need your data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. Am I obliged to provide data?


In the context of our business relationship with the legal entity you represent, you must provide us with the personal data necessary for the assumption and execution of authorisation and the fulfillment of the associated contractual obligations. Without this data, we will have to reject you as the authorised representative of the company or cancel an existing authorisation to represent.

The De Monchy Aromatics website uses cookies to improve your user experience.
