Olly Henderson has joined De Monchy Aromatics as Commercial Director.  In the new role, he will lead the commercial development of our ingredients portfolio, working with internal teams and external partners to grow the company’s presence internationally.

As reported in Perfumer & Flavorist, he brings 14 years of experience in the food industry, spanning ingredients and a range of food and beverage categories, including roles with Kalsec, Treatt, Givaudan and JPL Flavours. His background includes sales leadership, market expansion and building customer partnerships.
