De Monchy Aromatics are pleased to announce their commitment to WFFC-UK.
 Angie Flay (UK Sales Manager and member of the WFFC USA) is founding the UK branch of this organisation - a group that is friendly, informal and supportive of our female colleagues.  
 
 In line with the American organisation, WFFC-UK is born due to the increasing number of women involved in all parts of our industry; we welcome members from sales, purchasing, customer service and technical departments.
 
The purpose of WFFC-UK will be to provide a professional association for the women involved in our industry for the purpose of promoting interaction, information, education and support of its members and consequently the benefit of the industry.  However, it must be stressed that members can participate as frequently or as infrequently as they choose - there is no obligation to attend anything that you don't want to. 
 
The content of presentations will be available to non-attendees.
In response to the high level of interest shown following the announcement at the BEOA (British Essential Oils Association) AGM, a provisional schedule of events has been organised:
 
v     September 2005               Angie Flay to attend the US Board Meeting in New York.
 
v     October 2005                   Formation of UK committees.
 
v     Spring 2006                      Launch Party and Inaugural Meeting.
 
v     Late Spring 2006              Speaker  Dr. David Rowe on the origins of our industry.
